It’s hard to recall when I first met Jaime; it seems like she’s been a friend for much of my life. There’s much to love about Jaime & I’ll always know her for her unmistakable laugh & an effortless smile always present upon her face. When it comes down to it, she’s a blast to be around & she easily finds way to relate with others. It’s little wonder why she’s had such a loyal group of friends by her side. And let me add, her family is amazing & over and over again they’ve been so kind.
Just a few short months ago I was thrilled to set up a time with Jaime to talk about her wedding plans as she’d been asked for her hand in marriage by Bob McGinnis. Although I didn’t know Bob at the time, during their engagement session it became apparent why he & Jaime made such a good fit. Bob is incredibly nice yet shy while Jaime is gregarious & fun. They just fit.
Bob & Jaime’s winter wedding was held at Calhoun Methodist Church in Calhoun, TN. It was a small & lovely ceremony for family members only. The intimate feel to the ceremony was something I really loved. Here are a few photos from their first look.
Beautiful Jaime, simply beautiful.

Bob, the handsome groom.
Bob’s mother lives on an incredible ridge in this antebellum home that her husband restored & fabricated together piece by piece. Wow. I could’ve photographed here all day & if it weren’t so cold, we may have done so! I especially thankful for allowing us to photograph here.
My favorite!
Another favorite.
As the ceremony began.
The reception was held in Cleveland, TN at the historic Old Woolen Mill. All of the elements of the reception (food, florals & decor) were coordinated by Ambiance, Exquisite Cuisine/Florals, headed by Lugh Lemley & Keith Bester. Their work is top-class; check out the bridal cake.

Details, details, details…
Love this… congrats Bob & Jaime. I’m honored to have photographed your wedding & I can’t wait to see you again soon!
